The B&B is set in a side streetof the old Oreto avenue , a famous street which runs along the city from the entrance of the Highway to get to Catania, to Pellegrino Mountain going through the city centre (Oreto avenue, Maqueda ave, Ruggero Settimo ave, Liberty boulevard, Statue). Anyway to be located in the middle of Downtown Palermo doesn't create any problems as Giovanni Battista Odierna street is a very noiseless site and allows a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thanks to its central position guests have the possibility to walk around Downtown Palermo and enjoy its stores and historical sites. The structure is composed of four floors (1º fl.,2º fl.,3º fl.) which can be reached through white marble stairs decorated with a wrought iron banister; On the ground floor there is one great hall furnished as well as the rooms style where every morning guests have their rich breakfast. Each room has independently toilet, clima service, television, hairdryer, fridge, safe service and internet service; furnishing in plain art (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables ,writing desk and in heartwood, bed in wrought iron) respects the architectural style of the facility and gives to the habitat and to the guests a feeling of solidity and welcome.
