A la Reggia di la Curti is a beautiful old farmhouse set amidst unspoilt rural landscape, surrounded by olive groves, and with an enchanting view on the valleys. The house is situated just outside the charming small town of Caltabellotta and is also a half an hour drive to the sea. The villa is set in absolute peacefulness and calm in the marvellous and uncontaminated nature of the Sicilian mountains, the perfect place to relax. It sleeps up to ten people. Once being farmhouse with a large hay loft it has been recently restored, preserving the original characteristics and becoming a delightful holiday residence. Stone and wood are nearly breathing the calm atmosphere of the old-fashioned Sicilian landlord's lifestyle. It has a charming outside area with a large garden and a terrace, looking to the sea, where you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean wildlife under old trees or sunbathe. On two floors there are 3 double bedrooms with own bathroom (bath and shower), a further bedroom (3 beds), two spacious lounges, equipped with inviting sofas in front of large open fire places. On the ground floor is set the kitchen in brickwork, equipped with every necessity, and a big rustic table for those hearty Italian dinners. All the rooms and living-rooms are furnished with beautiful Sicilian antique furniture. Children will be attracted by the animals such as the peacocks, chickens, goats and parakeets that live in the garden surrounding the house.
