Situated in the boehemienne old city centre of Pera . The building dates back to 1920.It is a gracious simple 3 floor building on the downhill at 200 m from the sea and at 150 m from Istiklal caddesi the main pedestrial and shopping mall of Istanbul .The flats are cosy and very full of light as in front of the building there is an open space .
