La Dimora di Giuseppe B&B is located in Fanusa which sits between the sandy beach resort of Arenella and the main town of Siracusa. All of the rooms have been furnished in a contemporary style and include air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. The building has been newly renovated and has been decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The style of the accommodation is modern/contemporary. There are a total of 8 B&B rooms which are all located in the main villa and include a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with hydro-massage shower and offer air-conditioning, a television and a hairdryer. An annexe building, which is located to the side of the main villa offers a lounge area furnished with leather sofas and a large flat screen, satellite television. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, sink unit, fridge/freezer microwave oven and toaster for guests to utilise. The gym has been fitted with modern equipment including a running machine, exercise bike and bench press with weights. Next to the gym there is also a sauna. Outside area The veranda area has been furnished with tables and chairs and this is where breakfast is served.
