The Fontanapietra farm Holiday is situated at 850 metre asl (above sea level), it is located in a very wooded landscape near �Parco dei Nebrodi� natural reserve. Main tillage of place is hazel, followed by various vegetables and fruit-bearing. In the farm Holiday you can simply make use of overnight stay and breakfast or besides of the restoration based on the local foodstuffs. It is possible to reach the farm Holiday with car ( but also in bus: there are 4 daily runs) in less then one half hour from the A-20 ME-PA motorway ( junction of Rocca di Caprileone); also from farm Holiday in less then one half hour it is possible to reach the �Tirreno� sea, the ME-PA railway, and the Etna slopes; there are necessary on the other hand at about two hours to reach the international airport �Fontanarossa� of Catania. With car it is possible to be in the �Prco dei Nebrodi� natural reserve in about fifteen minutes, and it is also possible to drive along several miles, a bit over �Pisciotto� tarn. For who is interested in this kind of natural route, it is possible to organize excursion to go on foot or in cycle ride. Covering about ten kilometres (or someone other for the other neighbourhood country) it is also possible to visit several small museum, historical buildings and church, and any more to watch or to take part in religious festival.
