It�s 80 km from Palermo, 60 km from Agrigento�s Temples Valley, 30 km from Selinunte�s temples and from ancient greek ruins of Eraclea Minoa, and it is easily reachable from Palermo. Sciacca has its own beaches too, and within a radius of 30 km there are at least 3 protected natural reserves on the sea with wonderful beaches: Torre Salsa and the mouths of Platani River and Belice River.
